Sarah’s Game Day Gorgonzola Bison Sliders
Ingredients
- 1lb ground bison
- 1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2cup gorgonzola cheese
- 2tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1clove garlic, finely minced
- Pinch salt
- 8snowflake rolls, or other small sized rolls, sliced open
- Tomatoes, lettuce, red onions and other toppings (optional)
Steps
1 Combine the ground bison, Worcestershire sauce, gorgonzola, parsley, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Mix together with hands until fully combined.
2 Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
3 Meanwhile, divide the meat into eight equal portions. Working with one at a time, form the meat into patties. Press your thumb into the center of each patty (this will allow the patties to keep their shape as they cook).
4 Cook the burgers on the hot griddle for about 4-6 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
5 Serve on the snowflake rolls with desired toppings.
